Shipping
We currently deliver within Australia only.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post (Standard Service) with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days. Deliveries are made on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please allow 48–72 hours for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation of dispatch. All orders are subject to payment authorisation, verification, and stock availability.
Lunora Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, particularly during peak shipping periods.
If you authorise your parcel to be left unattended, Lunora Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery. Please ensure there is a secure location for your parcel if signature release is authorised.
If a parcel is Returned to Sender, a refund will be issued for the order subtotal only. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all labels, swing tags, and packaging.
- Products must retain their original appearance, feel, and smell.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Lunora Pty Ltd. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method at the original purchase price.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and standard shipping fees apply when exchanging items, unless the return is required under your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty Items
Every product is quality checked before dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact contact@lunora.net.au as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Details of the faulty item(s)
If requested to return the item, please keep your postage receipt. If the item is confirmed to be faulty after inspection, Lunora Pty Ltd will reimburse the return shipping cost.
Once the faulty item has been received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit to use on our online store.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning faulty items, as we cannot process an exchange or store credit for parcels that do not reach us.
Sale Items
All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discounts or promotions applied after an order has been placed cannot be applied retrospectively, and refunds will not be provided for the difference.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
